I have been wondering what happened to the Jedi archive after ROTS. Did the empire get it, was it wiped by Yoda or Obi wan, was it password protected so no one could access it ever again.

Are we ever told in the EU or are there indications in the movies them selves.

I vaguely remember hearing that the Empire destroyed most of it, and little bits and pieces of it got scattered about. I think.

I'd imagine if it did survive the civil war, it would have been destroyed by either by the Lusankya or the reborn Emperor and most definatly would have been destroyed by the Vong.
