I know there was a poll on how many times people planned to watch it, but how many times have you watched it? I'm getting in my seventh and final viewing today.

Seen it once, planning to see it again after WOTW, for the higher watch count's il'l get the dvd.

I've seen it three times in theater. Now begins the long wait for the DVD...

Once in the theater, several other times at home where I can skip the boring parts.

Two times, once alone and once with my brother.

I caught a midnight show with friends on opening night, then saw it again two days later at the secondary NYC Geek Meet.

They ran it on the true "big screen" at the Continental in Denver, which uses a 70mm projector. I didn't see any noticeable grain on the film, so I assumed it was a 70mm print. I should clarify that I'm referring to an old-style 70mm print, not an IMAX print.

Once. I don't go to the theater much as it is, so I certainly wouldn't go to see the same movie twice.

On my forums we have a guy who's seen it 22 times in theaters. He claims 10 of those times were with free passes.

Still... that means he's spent at least $80 (not including any refreshments)!

Another guy claims to have seen it 15 times.

I'm a freak for seeing it 3 times in theaters (although only paid twice, once was my dad's treat). I actually feel like a bit of a chump, because the first time they showed it the volume in the theater was too low. The second time only the front speakers seemed to be on, but the third time was perfect.

I plan to buy the DVD yes, but seeing it again in the theater? Not unless it's on a "free pass" if I ever get one. But I rarely go to the theaters since it's so expensive.

Rarely will I ever see a movie in the theater twice, unless it's really good. The other movies I've seen twice in theaters include the Star Wars special editions (except ROTJ, which I only saw once) and the LOTR movies (except ROTK). I saw AOTC actually 3 times because I saw it twice in normal theaters and once for the "IMAX Experience" when I noticed it in Toronto.

I'd say I've seen it 6 or 7 times.

twice, once with my mates, second time becuase my parents wanted to go see it. Liked it better the second time. (There was a really cool ice cream interval between Palpy's 'Do what must be done bit' and the Order 66 montage.")

I find the theaters here are too expensive for me to go unless I really want to see it. There is no way I'm paying to watch the same movie in theaters again. And I doubt I'll buy the dvd

I've only seen it once, but *not* because I think it'd be worse the 2nd time around. Mainly because I haven't had time yet. So, get back to me in a week.

Once on the day it came out to unwind after a bitch of an exam, and once with mates.

Meant to see it more, but lost the incentive once the poster deal finished

Once at the cinema, then repeatedly at home, making extensive use of handy-dandy pause/step frame features.

Four so far. I had to squeeze in a Batman Begins at the sacrifice of a fifth time. However, if it's like TPM or AotC they'll have some form of re-release in the fall, and I'll go see it once then.

Three times, all three accompanied by my son. He likes Boga the varactyl.
