How is Time measured in the Star Wars Galaxy?

Like, for example is there a set galatic standard of say, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365/366 days a year, no matter where you are in the Galaxy? or is it different everywhere?

Coruscants time is the standard that is used in the Expanded Universe. I don't think we ever see a time frame mentioned in the movies but I might be wrong.
