I want to learn the languages of SW..... a lil ole nice hobby to have on the side for this summer... and it would be nice to spit back alien words at Klingon lovers.

I don't think there are any real languages like Klingon in SW that have been properly set out to be learned.

Lucas actually used some African languages for some of the characters.

probly can get some huttenese curses.

Didn't they show the movies to some speakers of the languages used? I don't know which ones they are, but if you want to learn a SW language, go take a course in that dialect, if you can find one. The real mystery is: What is the alphabet in the SW galaxy?

If you buy the Galactic Phrase Book and Travel Guide, you can learn some basic vocabulary and phrases from several SW languages, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

In starwars monopoly they had the alphabet on the back of the instruction manual. Memorised the thing for quite awhile, but now I've forgotten.

That would be WEG's "Aurebesh", very loosely based on the characters from that readout screen in ROTJ. If you actually tried to use aurebesh to translate what was seen from ROTJ, all you'll get is incomprehensible junk.
