You know, i've heard alot of strange things but this puts the icing on the cake! Get me one of those bugs! I hope they don't taste to bad

If all you were going on the name alone, you would be inclined to think that Vader was the one who described the species. Bug collecting is a most unlikely hobby for a Sith lord.
*hyperbaric chamber opens*
Vader: "What is it, Captain? Did the probe droids find anything?"
Officer: "Yes, my lord. Sixteen previously unkown types of... insect."
Vader: "Excellent. Transfer the recorded data and preserved specimens to my lab."
Officer: "As you wish, my lord."
Vader: *mumbles* "I will dominate the Imperial Entomological Society's summit this year!"
