Regarding IMPS fanfilm: Is the heavy carrier a fan design?

IMPS is one of the best fanfilms in my opinion. Found here:

Was it ever conclusivly settled on whether the Revenge-class heavy carrier
relentless is a fan design, based on concept art, from the EU, or something else?

Maybe I am reading too much into that Marvel comics carrier pic, but the green glow behind the ship would seem to be the source of the Relentless's green engine glow as well. I thought they should have made that red like the Executor, but maybe that Marvel pic was the inspiration and/or reason for green.
