I'd have to go with Dooku

1: Beats Obi-Wan
2: Beats Anakin
3: Holds off Yoda
4: Force Lightning
5: Haven't seen Mace fight another Jedi

i'd have to say yes as yoda appears to be faster than mace and dooku held him off for a while and also he was able to beat obi and ani
