To assassinate Senator Amidala?
Would she successfully carry out her mission? She has killed several Jedi Masters before, she has their lightsabers as trophies, and has killed at least one in lightsaber combat. On the other hand, she was also bested by a "mere" padawan... See "The Hunt for Aurra Sing" trade paperback...
