The Karen Traviss Database

Ok, those of you who have engaged this author and the AYVs that feverishly want to protect her honor, I need bullet points from the various fronts you've participated in. Also, give links to her greatest meltdowns and name calling, be it from forums or blogs.
As for "ODDS", are we all in agreement that:
One clone soldier finds a disk in a droid factory which tells him how many droids are to be made, where he makes the assumption that all droid factories only produce this much?
The clones in ODDS think there are only 3 million TOTAL clones, none have seen droids in huge numbers that would overwhelm their 3 million brothers?
ODDS establishes that the Clone Wars were nothing more than backworld, small "brush fires", that Palpatine is duping the Republic to think the war is bigger than it really is, and that Mace Windu, Yoda, and the entire Jedi council know this, even though Windu was chomping at the bit in ROTS to get Palpatine to step down?
Do I have the above correct?

I only have second-hand information about Odds, but I believe the Jedi being in the know is just a lameass excuse the fanboys came up with at TFN. This was in response to the criticism that someone must have caught on to such a blatant conspiracy, especially the Jedi who were leading the GAR. Supposedly, the Jedi knew what was going on, but didn't say anything about it because they wanted to focus on protecting the Republic and winning the war. As usual, the TFN retards didn't think things through to their logical conclusions, and basically turned the Jedi Order into Palpatine's coconspirators. With defenders like this, who needs critics?

Lord Poe, are you planning to make this a seperate page on your site?

We definately need to get in the quotes of Ryan Kaufman conceding that no specific number was forced on them, and then contradicting himself later on.

The Kaufman quote from TFN can be found here:

Excellent. Here's Ryan Kaufman throwing a hissy fit when someone misspelled his name, acting like it wass just as bad as the accusations that he and Traviss didn't get the details right:

Ryan Kaufman wrote:Fteik wrote:(at least that is the impression i got of what Mr.Kaufmann did to Karen Travis, of whom i had such a high opinion until recently).
FTeik,
burc'ya, if you're going to slag us off, at least spell our names correctly.
Kaufman with one n, and
Traviss with two 's'.
Talk about not getting the details right.

I like the guy below Kaufman (is he an author?) who said that this only pertained to the Kamino batch, and that other cloning stations could be operating on a similar GAR contract.

He's written a couple of books that he published under one of those self-publishing houses, I believe. So he's a... quasi-author?

Oh no. It's quite real. I have SWI #87.
Quote from "Odds" SWI pg. 54:
"Because it's only the likes of us that are finding this out every time we crack a Sep facility."
"You report it?"
"Of course I report it. Every time. To General Zey. Mace Windu knows. They all know."

Karen Traviss wrote:Oh, and in case anyone wants to know what Jim Raynor here thinks of me, here's one of his TF.N posts:
"THIS is your idea of a valid argument? Please, any 12 year old who isn't an EU fanboy can tell you that 3 million is a stupid number. And what makes Traviss so qualified? She was a "defense correspondent" before becoming a writer, which is a fancy term for a journalist who interviews the troops. I can guarantee you that none of the troops she talked to would agree that
they could take on forces that outnumber them billions to one."
Lovely. It's known as "impugning character regarding statement of professional qualifications" in the legal world.

So the Jedi knows about Palpatine's deception and do nothing, why, again?
Edit: Wasn't the character who said this in-story, mentally unbalanced and deceitful?

Wow. That's some stupid ass shit.
Look, the Clone in question is obviously a moron. Does
anyone except the most foolish Traviss sycophant think it's reasonable and likely that the JEDI ORDER would
conspire with Chancellor Palpatine to commit a
massive fucking fraud on the Senate and People of the Galactic Republic?
What a load of complete bullshit.
I can't
wait to see the beautiful synergy of debunking Traviss' made-up-on-the-spot revisionist nonsense about insignificant mobile "brush fire" Clone Wars with the George Lucas shatterpoint quote, the RotS opening crawl, numerous quotes from the RotS novel, quotes from the RotS ICS, Lord of War, etc etc.
I assume that'll all be there?

Oh no, Traviss isn't trying to rewrite SW.

Don't forget Lucas (or another part of the movie crew) who said the upcoming CW animated series will be nothing but "big battles".

Here, Traviss seems to admit that "Odds" was written specifically to piss off "Talifans":

I thought the short stories in SWI were all non-canon anyhoo?

Are the Talifan already preparing for battle over this particular short?
They only talk to themselves on a certain board, and I hear that they don't seem to be aware it's coming. I'm looking forward to seeing how they get out of their logic loop that says my stuff is too realistic and so is ruining Star Wars, but is also not realistic enough on numbers...some inconsistency there, fellas.
In the end, they might have to resort to "girl cooties". They sure as hell won't nod and say, "Gosh, that's a good point actually, I hadn't thought of that..."

This T-canon just gets worse and worse...
WTF, does she think the Jedi conspired with Palpatine in this massive plot, even though in ROTS they clearly were busy with some OTHER plot, "A plot to destroy the Jedi"? Is she trying to make the Jedi dumber than they already are, not just making them overlook Palpatine's plans, but rather take active part in them?
Frankly, I've given up on the EU when the uber-idiotic NJO - under the supervision of a powerpuff female Kathy Tyers - started... Now I only keep track of Zahn because at least his writing is decent, and the "Empire" series because that has Imperials as main heroes sometimes... Beings such as K.T. only make my decision more strong and solid. She's a disgrace to the SWEU, much like KJA is.

The Prequel EU is far better than the NJO EU. There are definitely some bad books but there are some must-reads in there also. LoE and Dark Lord being the top two, the MedStar duology and Dark Rendezvous are very good IMHO.
