I know it ended the war, opened trading and delt with smuggling but what other kinds of things were outlined in this treaty? Anything on spying, or territory, or something else?

Recognition of boarders between the two states, a free trade agreement (that was mentioned in Dark Tide II as having really screwed up the IR's economy thanks to the much cheaper imports from the rest of the Galaxy), probably the right of free navigation for civilian ships...

Ok, I didn't remember the free trade agreement. And I'd figure they'd recognize each other's borders, even though the Empire's was dwindling by the time the Vong showed up.
