Revised D&D rules

A revised version of the 3rd edition D&D rules have recently come out. Some months ago, I bought the Player's Handbook at 30% off price closing sale at a hobbyist store.... are the changes in the rules so big that I'll have to buy the new Player's Handbook??

I dont think so. The rules havent changes... A few details are different. New spells, better layout, a few gameplay tweaks. The System resource document on their website should cover the new rules...

Where is that system resource document? I have trouble finding it. I even did a search.
