Freddy discovers a giant collective dream world he can invade, called the Matrix. He has all the powers he normally has in normal nightmare, but Neo stands in his way.

Hmmm... I wonder what the agents would make of Freddy...
If Freddy has all of his normal "dream" based powers, then he wins. While, I haven't watched too many, I have seen a few NOEM movies, and in at least some of the dreams he can make himself immune to bullets and what not. I wonder if he could adapt himself to Neo's kung-fu and code manipulation.
