That's right people, two of my childhood icons have deided to fight it out in Metro City. Each has their backup people, and has to capture/kill the other. Gadget does not have the Gadget-mobile.

"Well, you see 99, those Kaos fellows aren't so bright. They've captured the wrong dummy!"

Smart then somehow impales gadget with mentioned inflated rubber arrow.

Gadget is a lot dumber than Smart. While Smart sometimes manages to solve stuff by himself and get a clue, Gadget would already be dead if not for his niece and the dog.

Tools are only as good as the person using them. Also, don't underestimate the R&D department of Control.

Some did...it's Gadget who's so inept that he pretty much never knew which to use when.

So I say Smart if for nothing else...without Penny or Brain, Gadget kills himself with his own devices.
