Spiderman, now well over 120, crawls about on rooftops with a cane. Then he sneaks up pn a deaf and mostly blind venom and pushes him over the side.

A few days later, he has a heart attack. The End.

I'm not totally sure, but I think he quit crime-fighting to make peace with the Green Goblin, who turned out to be his brother.
