Inuyasha question

I've been wondering about this for the last two days. In the episode where Sessasmaru got possesion of that new sword, (the Toji something) there was a scene where he returned to a camp he had set up and there was a little girl waiting for him. Who's the little girl? I missed most of the new episodes that were aired before that.

A little girl who showed pity and sympathy on him after he was hurt battling InuYasha and got the Wind Scar laid into him. She offered him food and tried to help him and was later killed by IIRC Koga's wolf demons. Sesshomaru found her and for reasons he probably won't admit to himself brought her back to life with the Tensaiga. That and I think he also likes how she drives Jachen nuts.

IIRC, a girl found him near dead in the forest after he lost a fight and tried to help him, but he refused and told her to leave him alone.

Later her villiage was attacked and wiped out by some wolf demons, but she was able to escape only to get attacked in the woods. S and his toadie show up and force the wolves to flee, and I think S brings her back to life. When they left, she went with them.

It's been a long time since I've seen that set of episodes, but I think that was the last time that S was seen in the show until the current set of episodes.

Keep in mind that I might be wrong or off here on some stuff, so others can correct me...

The little girl is named Rin. IIRC, the main reason why he brought her back to life was when he was looking at her body, he felt Tenseiga's pulse suggesting he use it. (I doubt he would have admitted feeling attachment for a human child enough to use it otherwise.)

IMHO, Rin is going to be the key that unlocks Tensaiga's full power for Sessumaru. I remember that Totosai mentioned something about Sessumaru needing to learn compassion or something, didn't he?
