Pfft. Prawnlor of Grandia Admiralis once grabbed Jesus out of heaven and used him to wipe his ass.
If Religion and Politics were characters on a soap opera, Religion would be the one that goes insane with jealousy over Politics' intimate relationship with Reality, and secretly murder Politics in the night, skin the corpse, and run around its apartment wearing the skin like a cape shouting "My votes now! All votes for me! Wheeee!" -- Lagmonster

The biggest problem with Rajaat in terms of what he did, is that there are very few events where we can glean precise information.
He's been locked in the Black for eons, and it's taken the combined, continuous efforts of Borys (the Dragon of Athas) and the seven Sorcerer Kings to keep him stuck there.
Yes, by using the power of thousands of life forces drained every ten years or so to keep his prison intact.
The changes in the environment were described as great clouds boiling out of nowhere and beginning a world-wide rain, the sun changing color from red to blue, merely from his confinement being broken.
I'm not really sure if it was his mere presence, after Tithian broke the dark sphere and let him out, he was humanoid like, like his original living self, then grew into a huge cloudlike being twice as high as an athasian giant, then all of that stuff started coming FROM him, the water which flooded the city (Ur Draxa is a city that's round, 25 miles in diameter! Way bigger than New York) The blue Sun, the plants, etc. The blue sun dissapeared after he was captured, but the Valley of Dust and fire, and the Island in the lava lake where Ur Draxa is now called the valley of the cerulean storm, with constant rains pounding the lava and huge steam clouds, and it's still there.

There are other references to Rajaat but very few with anything concrete with regard to what he did. Each one of the Sorcerer Kings is by a rough estimate, equal in power to a demigod and considerably tougher to kill, and each had been the bane of an enemy species during Rajaat's Wars of Purification
.

They are usually defiler/psionicists of 20th level or above, once you get to 20th level in both classes you can become a dragon step-by-step by following the procedure. Anyway against 2nd edition Demi-god's Iuz and Vecna get smoked easily (Iuz only has 150 hit points) I saw the third edition Iuz in an episode of dragon who is a lot tougher, has feats, and 750 hit points, he would be tougher for Rajaat but I still think he can beat him.

I hate to be rude, but this is quite well known to me. Besides, iirc it was five thousand lives from each of the city states every year. Also, iirc after Kalak's death, Borys made the other cities pick up the slack while he made plans to deal with the city of Tyr.

I remember how Rajaat broke out with Tithian's help and how he was described as physically. Point is, none of the changes started before he was out of lockup.

This lends even more credence to the hypothesis that the return of the Blue Age was tied directly to Rajaat and his power. With him removed from the world, it would not be possible. The reason why the Cerulean Storm became permanent over Ur Draxa (which I'm quite familiar with) had, iirc, something to do with the way Rajaat was locked back up. The manner of it was different than the earlier one, and some of Rajaat's power kept leaking through, enough to cause the localized effects.

I'm quite familiar with the capabilities of the sorcerer-kings and relatively familiar with how powerful an average demigod is. Most of your post has had the characteristic hallmarks of Captain Obvious in it...

Are we talking about Rajaat or Borys or one of the sorcerer-kings here? It isn't clear. Borys would probably eat Iuz for lunch, and Rajaat would hardly notice him.

Let's see, if you want to convert the sorcerer-kings and Borys to 3rd Edition, I'd expect them to gain quite a power boost given how people have been talking about mages being more powerful in 3rd Ed (which I'm not familiar with myself). If we follow the same for Rajaat, I wouldn't want to be the one facing him...
