Hyoga from Saint Seiya: Able to produce tempertures of absolute zero (he's a servant of god so don't complain that its not possible).
Ice Man: Supposively at full potential he can produce absolute tempertures as well. Also has created dolls, and then destroyed them and recreated them so they look a little bit different at speeds that make them appear to be moving (like a flip book or movie).
