This is Stich without any moral restrictions holding him back. He doesn't get the four blasters he had at the beginning of the movie. The attack takes place in the town of Waimea, Hawaii.

Stitch all the way.

He is immensely strong
- he was using a goddamn car as a hand to hand weapon
- tore through metal on several occasions while escaping

He is very resilient
- run over by trucks... repeatedly
- he CAUGHT a goddamn plasma bolt, juggled it and then threw it back.

He is fast
- could cross the island repeatedly in a matter of seconds/minutes on the tricycle, this indicates great leg strength and endurance that could be used in running.

He adapts quickly
- fights using whatever is at hand.

Stitch easily wins. Too fast moving for Spidey. Plus he has guns. And a huge mouth. Plus he's superstrong. He can hurl uber huge things at Spidey.
