In this scenario, the Rebels have a Mk.XXXIII defending them.

What would happen then?

The Empire would be totally smoked, the walkers would collapse into deep nuclear crators, as the earth underneith them gets shot into the atmosphere,

it would be over in a manner of seconds,
then the bolo would shoot its pee shooters into orbit, and try and give the Imperials a fireworks display
