There is no such thing as a Cuture Worldship. There are GCUs, ROUs, LOUs, GOUs, GCVs, LSVs, MSVs, and GSVs.

Least to Greatest(in my opinion):
GCU=General Contact Unit
LOU=Limited Offensive Unit
GOU=General Offensive Unit
ROU=Rapid Offensive Unit
GCV=unknown, possibly General Contact Vehicle
LSV=Limited Systems Vehicle
MSV=Medium Systems Vehicle
GSV=General Systems Vehicle

Anyhow, any of them could destroy anything from Star Wars with one of their weapons. They could also effectorize it and/or its crew(if it has a crew).

The three last could be described as "Worldship". Damn some GSV dwarf Rama with their primary hull only !!

But Culture ships wouldn't effectorize a crew. They'd slaughter it, torture it, reduce it to bloody red pulp after a slow agonizing compression within a force field, but what they have in their head before they crush it like an egg is absolutely sacred. Except for the GCU Grey Area, better known as Meatfucker .

Aren't LCU ( Scree-class IIMNM ) mentionned in Excession ? What about Light Combat Unit ?
And ROUs are IMHO less powerful than GOUs, or even LOUs, they're just much faster.

The larger GSVs maybe, but not MSVs and LSVs, unless you want to start saying that every ship larger than an ISD is a worldship.

But Culture ships wouldn't effectorize a crew. IIRC, they have nothing against poking around an animal's brain in wartime situations, but other than that they don't just go around doing it whenever the mood strikes them.
