through some twist of hyperspace, vader leaves bespin and ends in the graveyard at the end of hp book 4, with voldemort sending the death eaters after him. what happens?

Vader has survived death through force of will before, so AK might not do much. If he pulls the wand away from Voldy, voldy can't do much since even Dumbledoor needs his wand for more advanced magic. One interpretation is that since he used Harry's blood, he is not motral enough to die now, but that remains to be proven.
