Jabba's access to multi megaton weapons and other technolgoy should provide somthing of an advantage.

Are we comparing power, time to acquire power, or some unknown variable we'll just label 'who's cooler?'

I mean on a basis of observation alone...while Jabba is much more the slob than Fisk, he does have much more territory and far better tech than Wilson does.

So unless this is a versus on neatness...Jabba wins.

I guess it would have to be defined as, relative to the current situation where they are, how much power do they have.

Both have, in relation to the culture they inhabit, large power bases.

So, let's offer up this question: Relative to the world in which they live, who has used the materials they have been able to garner in a more efficient manner.
