a question about SM aging (WH:40K)

Post by Lord Revan »

Do Space marines age roughly the same rate as your normal (by WH:40K standards) humans or is their aging slowed down (meaning that a battle-brother who looks like he's in his 20s is actually alot older (excluding time spend in warp ofc))?
I may be an idiot, but I'm a tolerated idiot

While it may have been stabilised at one point, currently that sort of issue is "utterly" fucked up.

The space wolf books make a point of mentioning it, some ancient and extremely experienced wolf lord looks like he's about 25, while someone half his age looks like he's an extremely muscular and lively corpse.

Some of them slow down as they get really old, their implants start to get a bit wonky etc, but in the main, Space marines just get harder.
