What Bene Gesserit powers would a force user find useful, and vice-versa. And when I say vice-versa Im not asking for dirty limericks.

that can be defeated by wearing hearing protectors.

so earplugs dont work? well that sucks. LOL
and the mindtrick also doesnt work on aliens with extremely different thought processes. But we havent really seen any of those in Dune (i dont think) unless you count the mutations caused by spice. Navigators might qualify as incredibly different.

Not ear plugs but industrial ear protectors probably would.kojikun wrote:so earplugs dont work? well that sucks. LOL
It's also a function of the jedi's skill, strength and training. It's harding to do on an alien with a different thought process but not impossible.kojikun wrote:and the mindtrick also doesnt work on aliens with extremely different thought processes. And given what it takes to be a proper Navigator I doubt the Jedi Mind Trick would work.

i wonder if Leia would happen choose to be an Imprinter *drools..., clears throat loadly* i wonder what Leia would think when she gains other memories of the parents (ala AoTC crappy love lines) though the BG physical training combined with Jedi training would produce a kick-ass fighter

The whole trick to voice is knowing the psychological make-up of your intended victim, and knowing the exact pitch and tone to use on any given individual. Not having an alien mind and background would make it next to impossible.kojikun wrote:Then theres doubt of Voice ability to sway aliens. There are no aliens in Dune. Ever.
