Neo vs. Kirby

Neo (in the Matrix) fights against pink balloon Kirby, possessing the 'fight' power.
Assume Kirby can't eat Neo and Neo can't jump inside Kirby and make him die.
Who wins?

And isn't Kirby a bit like Buu in that he's all smushy? This could help absorb kicks/punches.

If I'm controlling Kirby in the original Super Smash Bros, I win

Seriously... Kirby can absorb the powers of others, swallow enemies, and fly indefinitely. Then he can turn into a large weight, and drop on top of whoever is unfortunate enough to be underneath him at the time. Neo is just too fast though... I mean, he moves fast enough to dodge bullets!

Neo: You want me to fight htat?
Voice: Yes.
Neo: You can't be serious.
Vocie: As serious as anyone here can be.
Neo: Whatever.
(Neo walks out into the arena, to face the Pick Puffball of DOOM!!)
Neo: [Trying not to laugh] I stil don't believe you want me *giggle* fight this puffball.
Voice: Just do it.
Neo: Okay... *chuckle*
Announcer: FIGHT!!
(Neo, not being able to hold it in any longer, breaks out laughing the idea of fighting Kirby. Taking the advantage, Kirby attacks Neo, who is still incapacitaded by laughing fits. Kriby lands a nmassive punch on the poor guy, and sends him flyinginto a wall, smashing it.)
Announcer: FIRST BLOOD.
(NEo gets up, stunned from the blow. Kirby fires off a seconds, slamming him back into the wall, causing a dust cloud to for. Kirby then beigns to lauch a series of fast light punches. After a few seconds, Kirby lets the dust settle. Neo, a now bloody pulp due to the fact that he was caught unaware by a fucking puffball.)
Announcer: FATALITY.
