Rules:

Part 1: Normal space.
Part 2: Asteroid field.
Part 3: Nebula.
Part 4: Area filled with gravity wells and black holes.
Part 5: Closely-packed star cluster.
Part 6: Trip through Hyperspace (B5).
Part 7: Trip through Slipstream (Andromeda).
NOTE: 6 and 7 will work for all the racers.
Part 8: Spatial ion gravitic plasmatic technobabblic very-bad storm.

Falcon, X302, Andromeda, Whitestar, Delta Flyer.
Why: SW ships have notoriously high acceleration. This gives it an immediate advantage. the X302 also has ridiculous acceleration (0-1,000,000mph in under a minute). Rommie and the whitestar are also good for acceleration, but not as good as the other two.
The Delta Flyer will get lost in the asteroid field, stall in the nebula, suffer malfunctions due to gravity interactions with the ship, be incapacitated by mere solar radiation, will get lost in hyperspace, end up in another galaxy in slipstream, and finally explode in a brilliant fireball as it passes through the "very bad storm". In otherwords, it'll do better then most trek ships by surviving the nebula. The rest is a fucking miracle.

The Andromeda gets near or beyond c speeds, near space is measured in light minutes. It can whip giga ton levels of energy up and probably goes faster than any other scifi ship through the incompetence of the writers. I'm not going to vote, because I hate Andromeda because it is an awful show but it would probably win anyway.

Now for the Breakdown
The AD Wins the Flat out Speed RacePart 1: Normal space.
Falcon wins this one, Its smaller and more manuraible in an Astriod Field and the AD can't shot its way through thanks to lack of Ammo(Though it has alot it won't be enough, Plus the dang thing is much bigger than the Falcon making it have to dodge past small moon sized rocks the Falcon can dive through or hugh the surface
Part 2: Asteroid field.
Toss up, Depends on the makeup of the Nebula If its dense enough the AD will have to slow up or be torn apart while the Falcon can cruise through thanks to shields...Part 3: Nebula.
Supirior FTL Sensors means the Falcon can get underway much quicker than the AD, Falcon on this one
Part 4: Area filled with gravity wells and black holes.

Part 5: Closely-packed star cluster.
Whitestar only one designed to go through this and know what its doing
Part 6: Trip through Hyperspace (B5).
All the other ships are annilated or lost forever, AD clear winnerPart 7: Trip through Slipstream (Andromeda).
And just incase they are wondering its the same case for unshield Vessels in SW Hyperspace, its pure energy out there meaning unshielded ships... fry fast
