GTA 3 Felon vs. Unbreakable Wannabe Superhero

After claiming the lives of 20 policemen in a bloody shootout, the GTA 3 guy is now beating a hasty retreat in a broken down Idaho. His car riddled by FBI machine gun bullets, the criminal sees the ocean as his only avenue of escape.

Wannabe superhero David Dunn is strolling by the docks, when he witnesses a man leap from his burning car as it crashes and explodes, wiping out a half dozen civilians. Appalled by this display of senseless violence, he pursues the mass murderer onto a speed boat, leaping on just as he starts it up. They struggle as the boat speeds out to sea.

Dunn is unarmed but has the powers he demonstrated in the movie. The GTA guy has whatever weapons he would normally have in the game. Who wins this struggle between good and evil, or do they both fall overboard and drown due to their incompetent swimming skills?
