Since we have seen many pieces of evidence that refute the notion of megaton-yield torpedoes in Star Trek, it's obvious that you have chimed in without actually paying any attention to the ongoing debate.
I therefore label you an "ignorant trekkie" until you can produce better arguments.

The shields however are an advantage which you cannot refute, we don't exactly know how strong they are( right?, Wrong? don't kill me if wrong..) So they could possibly be that strong....or they could not.
However once the Omega's get the shields down via suicide runs or whatever then b5 takes it hands down

Wrong (and no, I won't kill you ).
Shields are not an advantage simply by virtue of being shields. If the weapons of the Omegas are able to overcome them more easily than the station's weaponry can overcome the Omegas' defenses, then they aren't an advantage.
I suppose they are irrefutably an advantage in the sense that DS9 would clearly be in a worse position without it's shields, but there's nothing to indicate the Federation shields are inherently superior to EarthForce hull armor, ECM, and interceptors.
