It's probably more expensive to film in Actual Norway rather than Pretend Norway. Lots of film studios go to NZ and Oz because it's cheap to film there.VT-16 wrote: I also like how they scouted locations in New Zealand. According to the website listed in the OP there was shooting in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
