Y'know, I don't get the Asuran-hate. Yeah, they're 'Replicators' they're also something completely different, which happens to converge, technologically, with the 'old' humanform replicators.

And while the Asurans developed immunity to the ARG, I got the impression that the Weir-group had got 'every vulnerability' still.

But there were no Asurans in this episode. Only severely gimped Replicators created by McKay.

Completely true. Whether Asurans are now completely immune to ARGs (something that, in my view, has yet to be backed up with anything...quotes, logic of sending teams into the heart of replicator territory with useless weapons, or otherwise) doesn't negate the fact that these were sub-par replicators with no history of adapting to any ARG style weapon. If one wanted to go out on a limb, it could be theorized that Weir used some kind of modified ARG style wizardry to kill the other replicator/scientist, as he fell apart in exactly the manner consistent with the breaking of bonds between replicator cells that the ARG employs.
It's Jodan, not Jordan. If you can't quote it right, I will mock you.
