Watched it last night (Caius was at work Friday night, and I won't watch T:SCC without her. Besides, Canadian rating's don't mean jack to Fox...)
My thoughts:
Sara: We are seeing things from beyond the 4th wall, yes, but from her perspective. She checked the hall out, but imagined Kyle doing it, etc.
I feel sorry for the doctor, however.
Nitpick; And we have no proof she doesn't have firearms training. She was apparently involved with a cop at one time (and an asshole one at that), it stands to reason she's got some familarity with guns (either from the relationship or post). She probably was familair with revolvers (like the cop had), but not with other types.
Riley / Jesse: I am hoping this blows up in Jesse's face. Either with Riley turning Jesse in, Jesse killing herself and Cameron recognizing Jesse at the funeral, or Derek figuring out what's going on and doing something about it.
Derek: Wow, he just doesn't screw around does he? He blows up a car as a distraction, outside a police station. Wow. Balls of Chrome steel.
John Henry: Looks like he's going to become Skynet. Otherwise; you don't give an AI without ethics access to the Internet!
Elison: Nothing to note here, beside's his reaction to John Henry playing with killer machine toys. Maybe he'll start questioning his own beliefs.
Weaver: For some reason, I find her hot now. I wonder why. Probably cause she went bad-ass.
Her motivations for dealing with the warehouse are unclear. I'm willing to bet that was her facility, and she destroyed it to cover up all traces of it and her connection to it. That's probably what she was doing on the computer; making the hard drive unrecoverable, before blowing everything up. She probably considered the Coltran expendable in that situtation, either that, or plans to legally obtain it later on somehow. (That would give new meaning to the word fire-sale)

I've been asked why I still follow a few of the people I know on Facebook with 'interesting political habits and view points'.
It's so when they comment on or approve of something, I know what pages to block/what not to vote for.
