ok, simular to my "Flying Dutchman" thread of some months ago, say your memorites were digitized and encouted into the command operating system of an Android, what would you see other humans as to you in such a form. Say the humans mistreated you and thought of you as a "thing" despite having memories and sapinece at what point would you despise them, and rebel?

and translation for some others:
Say your in Zoe's position stuck in an obviously metal andriod body being treated as property, at what point do you start acting like Black Sabbath's "Iron Man"

Iron Man is a great song, but I was always bothered by the "his flesh was turned to steel, in the great magnetic field" line. Still badass though.
As for the question, I doubt I could give a realistic answer. I've never been in a situation even vaguely resembling that, after all. I'd probably start hating them quickly, but as for whether I'd snap and violently rebel, that's more complex.

A scientist once gave a public lecture on astronomy. He described how the Earth orbits around the sun and how the sun, in turn, orbits around the centre of a vast collection of stars called our galaxy.
At the end of the lecture, a little old lady at the back of the room got up and said: 'What you have told us is rubbish. The world is really a flat plate supported on the back of a giant tortoise.
The scientist gave a superior smile before replying, 'What is the tortoise standing on?'
'You're very clever, young man, very clever,' said the old lady. 'But it's turtles all the way down.'

It very much would depend on how "they" treat me once I make it known that I'm not just a thing. Are they listening to me and maybe even considering the possibility that there is "real" sapience going on in that robotic hull they see? Or do they freak out and try to pull the plug?
Also, am I just being used for boring menial work, or am I being hurt in any way? Can I even be hurt?

It would depend entirely on whether or not I could get away with rebelling. Am I the only robotic slave? Because if I am, then my so called rebellion will be cut very short and I’ll end up as scrap metal.
I think my chances would be better if I found some bleeding heart and got them to start a robot’s sapience rights movement to get me better treatment.

Well, knowing my personality, I'd probably go along with it for a few weeks or months and then suddenly weld a two foot razor sharp steel spike to my crotch and figure out a way to either breathe fire or inhabit a far larger robot body.
The vengeance will not be pretty, but this is an interesting question. The usual robotic revolt doesn't include a 'core' of already sapient minds being integrated with the robots to make them sentient.

I request myself downloaded into an AEGIS warship. Android bodies are boring. A warship body lets my uploaded mind do something useful like serving a countrys citizens.
I have to tell you something everything I wrote above is a lie.
