I'm pretty sure that map is nowhere close to reality, I'm afraid. For example, the Gorash system was supposed to be a major supply depot for the war (and presumably located in Narn space), whereas it's not even on a hyperspace lane leading anywhere near Narn. Also, did you just randomly pair the non-aligned worlds with a government system (Democracy, Socialism, Monarchy) etc?

also I seem to recall that the Drazi are almost completely surrounded by the Centauri with only a single hyperspace lane leading to none Centauri terrirory.
