So, the Lexx drifts after destroying Mantrid and ends up in the Uncharted Territories shortly after the crew of Moya leave the Scarran base world but before they settle on the water planet.

What happens with the two crews of castaways?

Stan tries to get into any female cast member's pants while drooling over Xev. Probably getting bones broken when he makes a pass at Aeyrn

Xev tries to screw Crighton - Probably wont manage it.

Xev and Chiyana wax the floorboards. Maybe Dargo gets in on the action.

Scorpios + Sukozu, tries to kill Stan and find out how to capture / use the Lexx for Scarren Genocide / Galactic Domination.

Kai either kills Scorpi in the attempt or offs him if Stan / Xev get the chance to tell him to. Otherwise Kai is effectively brain dead and useless without direction.

790 - No doubt he or she depending on what it goes with... lusts over Xev / Kai and becomes aggressive to anyone possibly moving in on either person.

Moya can outrun Lexx fairly easy with her speeds, Lexx obviously has planet destroying weaponary but is defenceless otherwise. Dont see an encounter producing much since Lexx will never be able to keep up with Moya. The Scarrans and Peacekeepers are going to be more than capable of blasting the shit out of Lexx and capturing it so Lexx will do poorly on it's own.

Both ships get their freak on, and produce a new era of planet-destroying FTL ships and D'argo keeps jumping up and down like a toddler while the others mock Crichton for being awkward about starhip-sex.

Exactly, the Light Zone was a Universe unto itself and the Lexx flies all about it through S1 & S2 of the show, it is way faster than Moya. Now a Crichton enhanced Moya with wormhole tech will easily outrun Lexx simply because it can be anywhere/when it feels like being, but we aren't there yet based on the time frame.
