At first when he hoisted that huge missile launcher that was almost as big as he I was like damn. Until he fired it , now we know why it was so frikken huge.

On a seperate note when the series first stated I hated it with a passion but I actually like it now.

Holy Payoff!
Shannon kid's g/f kind of makes it back from the future! Kind of.
Things go boom and TerraNovapocalypse happens! (Nicely handled by the way, leave the actual invasion to our imaginations.
Terranovans are repressed.
Taylor's son chews up scenery with his wierd incest fantasy about Sky
Shannon's son beat's Taylor's son's face in because of above wierdness, and also because of Cara. This leads directly to

SHANNON UNLEASHED! Seriously, he was roaring in the bar while he kicked the crap out of HOW many guys?
Washington=Noble Sacrafice which leads to
Shannon's daughter giving him a hug.
BUT THEN
Taylor kicks his sons ass.

Shannon invades the future with a dinosaur!
Bad guys eaten by dinosaur!
Bad guys dive off of gangway without wilhem scream for once!

and.... then Terra Nova turned into primeval I guess, the show ended like four different times, apparently the portal has been popping up all over history. Fanfiction.net traffic is about to double.

Notable mentions go to a cool rocket launcher, Mrs. Shannon using needles for personal gain (And completely circumventing questions about why they still use needles, when they have future tech that let's them do hypersonic surgery, I guess hyposprays are too unbelievable)

And Mira is probably going to blame everybody else because she can't see hr daughter now, and none of this could possibly be her fault.

I know when they pull the tarp covered object from the container, I was on the edge of my seat with anticaption. Especially when they uncovered the first part.

I was expecting it to be some sort of crashed alien ship or something, but now that the existence of a second fracture is known, I expect EvilCorp to somehow find it. The Phoenix guys + the remnants of the Sixers make for a much more plausible group of bad guys. They aren't a bunch of people hiding in trees with sticks, they're a fully armed (if understrength) mechanized infantry company with artillery and supplies. They're definitely farther away from the Colony, but they are much more dangerous. Also, I want Taylor to be my grampa.

It'll be interesting to see how the colony copes, I remember last episode things started falling apart because they needed a shipment of computer cores (which I don't think they ever got). How much worse will things get? It seems like they have some industry, they have a chip-fabricator, but how far can they go without resupply?

Edit: I wonder if some of the sixers will feel betrayed and decide to stay in the colony.

Unless the fracture leads to a different time than 2149

Well sure, but Terra Nova being invaded by the East India Company isn't terribly frightening.

How the hell are they going to survive with their current level of tech with out resupply? Hope the next season (is there one?) will talk about Malcolm building other fabricator thinks for their guns and machinery.

It COULD be if there are enough of them, or they link up with Phoenix company or the Sixers. The Sixers were a problem just because they got Dinosaurs to stampede towards the gates.

The way our old-school ancestors did?

Now obviously they might have to do some reverting, but it's clearly not impossible: the Sixers lived out in the wilds for years, and still managed to have their vehicles and guns working.

Don't forget that Brannon Braga is one of the executive producers, meaning I won't be surprised if they go the same way Voyager did.

Or Hope Plaza might be repaired. Especially when someone wanting to know why it collapsed, digs through the rubble and finds dinosaur remains.

several hundred people are enough for genetic diversity, they have crops, access to lumber. So the could survive but at a reduced level of society.

There were soldiers that jumped off the platform that might have survived, I am not sure whether the Carno went through the portal behind Shannon or not, it was Really close behind.

By the way, I'm not convinced Cara is actually dead. I did a rewatch yesterday because I was bored, and Shannon definitely saw a soldier take her off into the woods.

Kara, the boy's girlfriend, is dead. The son knows she's dead, which means someone confirmed her death to him or brought the body back.
