Aside from the president, I feel like none of the characters from the first movie are in this trailer. It's quite jarring.

Duke apparently appears in the beginning, talking with Roadblock right before the attack. I don't think he makes it.

I just thought of some casting for the franchise, That former footballer as Major Bludd (Vince Jones I think the name is, Bullet Tooth Tony from Snatch)

I really don't remember the character that well. There was his couple of appearances in Renegades, but it's mainly his eyepatch, stache, and robot arm that I remember being distinctive.

Any hard man type actor would work, I guess.

Dude on motorbike looks a lot like Firefly, the Cobra saboteur. One of the best Cobras of all time.

Jesus, that better not be Snake Eyes TALKING. That's completely and utterly wrong.

Cobra Commander needs a huge Cobra symbol on his chest, but otherwise I like the look.

Jinx was one of my favorite Joes of all time...great to see her make an appearance in the new film.

With The Rock and Bruce Willis on board, this movie is already worlds ahead of the first movie. And it looks like they borrowed elements from the kick-ass GI JOE: Renegades seeing as how Cobra is portrayed. Looking forward to this one.

I think its the Ripsaw a remote controlled tank designed to be able to go over 60 miles an hour by stripping down the armor and (obviously) making it remote controlled so they don't have to worry about protecting the driver.

Those other tanks at 1:07 look weird... are their turrets held upside down on robot arms or something until flipped rightside-up? That's messed up.
