Cymothoa exigua and Transformers

Post by amigocabal »

Cymothoa exigua is a parasite that can replace a fish's tongue.

This gets me thinking. I wonder if any transformers are internal parasites whose alt-modes are internal organs of other transformers. Has this ever been hinted at, let alone featured, in any Transformers canon?

Kinda sorta in Transformer Prime to the existence of cybertronian parasites of which only one type has so far been seen. It's implied however that Cybertron has a large and diverse ecosystem (or did...) of transformer lifeforms. Not what you describe exactly but its not impossible, Cybertronians are described as having biomechanical organs, such as the t-cog.

Well, it could be argued that most of the "Binary Bonded" types such as Headmasters and Powermasters are this in an external sense, as are Armada's Minicons.
