The story takes place in a universe that has been ruled by the Galactic Empire for twelve thousand years. Hari Seldon, a man who can see into the disastrous future of their galaxy, begins to gather together the wisest men in the galaxy to become a light of hope for the bleak future that awaits.

I'm sure Salvor Hardin features in the first volume (Hober Mallow is the other compelling Foundation character, but doesn't appear until much later in the chronology, wonder how they'll handle that).
Depends on which iteration they use. If they're going with the expanded Fountation trilogy (i.e. both prequels and sequels) the guy with the cane could be late-prequel Seldon, the guy on the lower right could be original trilogy/Flashback Seldon, and the guy on the lower left could be whatever the name was of the kid Hari and Robot Love Interest adopted in the prequels.

If they're doing the original trilogy only, the only one I can think of for the one-eyed old guy in the lower right is Ducem Barr, the son of the old patrician, the one who assassinated the imperial viceroy of Siwenna some time after Mallow's visit.

Yes, and OT/Flashback Seldon shouldn't have that scar that apparently blinded his right eye. And I seem to recall at least one story where he (however reluctantly) shaved it off so he could go undercover.
