f he meant that, he should've said so. Given that within the BTech universe there are humans who are a lot bigger than that (Elementals), yes, I think it behooves him to explain what exactly he meant.
When you mean the size of the humanterritory, I expect you to say that, same as the size of the human population. As long as he's talking about the size of the humans...I assume he's talking about the size of the humans.
'Next time I let Superman take charge, just hit me. Real hard.'
'You're a princess from a society of immortal warriors. I'm a rich kid with issues. Lots of issues.'
'No. No dating for the Batman. It might cut into your brooding time.'
'Tactically we have multiple objectives. So we need to split into teams.'-'Dibs on the Amazon!'
'Hey, we both have a Martian's phone number on our speed dial. I think I deserve the benefit of the doubt.'
'You know, for a guy with like 50 different kinds of vision, you sure are blind.'

I'm pretty sure the fact that he's talking about the Inner Sphere having hundreds of times the inhabited planets was self-apparent.

Apparently not :)
Baltar: "I don't want to miss a moment of the last Battlestar's destruction!"
Centurion: "Sir, I really think you should look at the other Battlestar."
Baltar: "What are you babbling about other...it's impossible!"
Centurion: "No. It is a Battlestar."

Corrax Entry 7:17: So you walk eternally through the shadow realms, standing against evil where all others falter. May your thirst for retribution never quench, may the blood on your sword never dry, and may we never need you again.

*Shakes fist* English! :D

Yea, I left the fact that I was talking about the size of human territory to be assumed, but now I have this fantastic image of the Cylons planning their take down, then one of their infiltrators bumping into an elemental and going, "WT%*@#W&#!!!! ABORT, ABORT! THEY ARE TOO BEEFY!" :D :D

Aerospace fighters would be the biggest problem. Vipers, being light aerospace fighters, may not have the ammunition capacity to take on BT ASFs, even when they would have a massive maneuverability advantage thanks to being extremely low mass, when compared to BT ASFs. DropShips, OTOH, would be, as said before, a rather odd problem. In all honesty, however, the Colonials probably would just treat them like escorts.
