Starship troopers in a cakewalk. They have automatic projectile-firing weapons as well as extremely powerful bazookas. They're complete idiots, but at least they're well-armed and they have armour and helmets. Redshirts, on the other hand, carry nothing but handguns, and their red shirts are a -2 roll for damage and a -4 roll for luck.

SSTroopers wins easily. They have armor, automatic weapons, and some vehicles. They are stupid as hell, but they are still better than Napoleonic troops.

Starship Troopers easily! They'll blast anything that moves while the red shirt goes "Look sir, over there!...ugh!"

Didn't we already have this topic two weeks ago?

Anyway, The SS troopers win, even when at a considerable disadvantage.

Imagine Red shirts trying to assault that crappy little fort. Those Russian HMG's would shred them while all the other troopers wondered why they were only issued one magazine of ammunition.

Maybe we should adopt it as standard rules for ST vs SW RPG.....
