How long (in seconds) would they complete combined toumans of all the clans last if the invaded a post judgement day earth in hopes of reclaiming it, or at least evacuating as many Human survivors as possible?

Skynet may employ dubious tactics against Humans, but all it has to do is copy those resistance Uber Stingers of Doom and Btechs anti Physics mechas are going down hard.

Unfair question. The Clans would win decisively, and therefor its not really possible to accurately calculate the length in seconds they would stay on Terran soil

Seriously though, assault drops against strategic weapons sites negate Skynet's ability to go nuclear, which is the only way they could hope to challenge BattleTech technology.
