Due to Yet another temporal Anomaly in the Startrek universe, the Morloks have established a base beneith Starfleet H.Q. (Enterprise, TOS, and or TNG eras)

Now no one knows the Morloks are there, how long before the moreloks are either wiped out or have taken over that timeline.

From what we see in the movies, the Morlocks are little better than animals. You'd think the Federation should have no trouble with them.

Sadly, though, they'd probably be inviting them to join Starfleet Academy within five years of contact. Eventually, there'd be a Morlock admiral or three, and the takeover would begin.
