Considering the velocity that cannon has to reach (not to mention the strength of the shell and astronaut bodies) wouldn't it count more towards HIGHEST? :P
A gun was built from a surplus 16/50 barrel that could put a solid shell into LEO. The trick would not be getting an object to the Moon using a gun, but rather not having acceleration that would reduce electronics to dust and humans to pulp.

That’s why Iraq's planned super gun's had to be hundreds of feet long just to reach Israel or northern Iran, a shorter barrel that didn't have multiple charges would have gotten the shells to the target, but the fuses would have been crushed.
