TOS Federation VS the ISA of Excalibur

Post by Sam Or I »

I personally think this is an even Match

The Federation of Planets right before making Peace with the Klingons in Star Trek VI (At the height of the Cold war) vs the ISA after the end of Excaliburs run.

The ISA finds a Hyper-dimensional jumpgate (I could have been a trek writer). Q leaves evidence that the feds created the Drahk Plague, with the intention of preparing for an invation. The ISA takes a preemtives strike, and the Jump gate is 2 way. Who wins and why? BTW there communication system turn out to be 100% incompatable, one is AM the other is FM lol, so no happy happy endings. What happens?

TOS federation, most data on them say they are far stronger then the current TNG forces, who still have superior forces to the ISA, as much as it pains me to say it, the ISA will be mowed down.

Although I love B5, I have to go with ST for this one. There's just no way that ISA ships can contend with photon torpedoes. If it was on coolness, though, the ISA wins with both hands tied behind its back.

Being the resident rabid Fiver here, the ISA rapes them, rapes the way they would rape the Empire!

TOS "Boldly go where no man has blown shit up before."

:D Seriously though, I think the Costitution-class cruiser and their crews always ready to respond to a fight would claim victory.

Actually, Excalibur might have a chance as long as Kirk's shirt doesn't get ripped. The second it does....they're fucked. :D
