Prediction: After going and getting a good look at the Cylon Colony, I've come to the conclusion that we will know what party is behind all of this. That party is, of course, the Shadows, sowing chaos amongst the human and machine races to make them stronger and evolve them.

The Angels warning people of disaster are the Vorlons, who are disguising themselves as smoking hot blondes and cynical Englishmen (I realize that is a redundant statement).

Hmmm...somehow appropriate with the way this has been heading for the past seasons.

No, it was something in 4.18, near the end where naughty girl Boomer arrives at the Cylon Rollerdisco. She lands the raptor on a pad surrounded by new and old-style raiders.

Is it implied Hera has Force like precog powers as well ? Or is her powers more like reality warping that actively changes the universe to whatever she wishes ?

Like it or not some characters can use superpowers. Obviously even though RDM does not outright say so it has become clear the physics of Galactiverse allows The Force like magic. Different characters have different abilities seen so far. Hence my query about what kind of magic spells can Hera cast. She seems to be predicting Galacticas collision with a Basestar so I was wondering whether she has foreseen it with psi powers or is actually mind controlling everyone to make it happen.

Mind control is a rather massive leap in logic given it assumes an unknown capability that nobody on the show has demonstrated before whatsoever. They're also less "superpowers" and more "abilities that Cylons can use due to being machines"
