Demons arent usually spell-casters. Disjunction would work if Dispelling didnt. As bullets bounce off the defenses I construct.

You don't know about Pit-Fiends and Balors?

Fine, Pit Fiends Cast Wish Once per Year, Have the Spell Abilits equivlant to a level nine-twenty five Sorcerer(OR level 30 If one of the Dark Nine), Once per Round they can gate in either 2 Lesser Baatazu or One Greater(The problem of course when Fighting Pit-Fiends is the fact in roughly two mintues they can gate in roughly 30 more Demons which can in turn each Gate in 2-12 of thier own depending on which kinds they gate)


Balors are similar except they start more powerful(Level 20+ Sorccer) and are Physaly much stronger, They come with nice Auto-immunitys to any spells 3rd level or lower and Gate in FAR more Per turn than the Pit Fiends though unlike the Pit Fiends those they summon have precntage based chances of succesfuly summoning anything of thiers

Both of these felllows are NASTY as Demons go but the fact we have cases of Balor's being held in Planar-Mancatchers(For a Brief time, he called in reforcements by plain old fasion yelling for it instead of any magic) And they START at level 20(Since we said no Epic stuff on earth that means basicly as high as you can go) Meaning that Poor humans who are not Str 18, Intel 20 Probably won't have much of a chance of getting out of them without help

I have lookd through the monster manual. At least for third edition. A balor has special abilities yes, but they do NOT have automatic class levels. They can take them yes, but have them automatically no.

Same with pit fiends. The summoned demons cannot summon for an hour after they themselves are summoned, and there is only a 35% chance of sucess with a summoning attempt.

Also, a planar mancatcher would still be destroyed by a disjunction spell, no strength score needed.
