And just how the fuck are the Minbari going to know how to avoid it?

We know Lambda shuttles are armed, and a Golan might have a few of those.

Ben, did you even read the armament listing made by Wong? Or the posts that have previouslybeen made on the subject?

The Golan III has quite a few Proton torpedo launchers. The Mimbari however have no reason to avoid it until they know its combat power, and there only going to find that out by having it shoot at them.

More likely there fleet will attack, suffer heavy losses in seconds with the remaining ships escaping to the far side before leaving the system.

Indeed, they are most likely to attack the large battle station immediately, since it would be an obvious target. If the station's commander knows their weapons aren't powerful enough to breach his shields and deliberately allows them to get close en masse before unleashing massed turbolaser fire, they would suffer truly horrible losses, not to mention the demoralizing effect of seeing their weapons deflected by its shields and the even more demoralizing effect of seeing ships caught by invisible tractor beams as they turn to flee, and subsequently blown to scrap.

By then they'll be committed to the attack. The Golan will either decimate the fleet to the point EA can take them, or decimate them entirely itself before they can pull away.

It's Minbari with an n, not Mimbari with an m, but who gives a fuck, their pussies anyway.

The Minbari are screwed. If they find out that the EA has a station like that they would probably think that the EA has a few ships with that kind of firepower.
HemlockGrey wrote:Who are the Minbari?
The Minbari are a very advanced race(by B5 Standards) that nearly destroyed the Earth Alliance after a Earth Ship fired on the cruiser carring their leader and killed him.
