Taking out the crew of an ISD could actually be pretty easy, presuming you are familiar with the tech. Rig a sensor loop that tells the Engines the Inertial Compensators are on. Rig a loop that tells the Compensator the Engines are all off. Order the compensators to all shut down for extensive repair work in 20 minutes, get on one of the shuttles on board, and turn its compensators on. Crew goes splut. Calmly make way to bridge, avoiding spreading piles of goo.
How difficult this would be to accomplish would be entirely dependent upon ISD computer security, and what types of failsafes and backups are built into the system.(entirely unknown)
As a note, Mara Jade(or any other Emperor's hand or individual with Palpatine's override codes) could have used this to effortlessly capture any ISD in existence.

Roga was completely invisible to all Enterprise sensors. He did not even register on the sensors while he was locked in the bridge.
I find it interesting how you conclude that this must mean Roga Danar is some fantastic aberration of physics, rather than concluding that the Enterprise's sensors are shit. We could see him, hear him, he is in thermal equilibrium with his environment so he is producing infrared, etc.
Roga Danar would have been easily picked up by Wal-Mart store security, but not the "sophisticated sensors" of the E-D

Some parts are obviously jokes (like the Ninja Psychic Test) but there's a lot of interesting info and ideas on the site, even though most of it may be fictional.
