God knows. But then, I fully expect the other ships, assuming they're under the control of their computers at least, to destroy the Imperial Command Ship before it can do jack. While that dalek ship is computerised, indeed, it's mostly computer and communications, and the Emperor (or presumably, whoever's in his place here) can fly it by neural interface (according to the visual dictionary at least) they don't seem to always do that, and dalek reaction speed, while apparently better than humans' is not nearly fast enough to stop them getting a CAM round in the face.

I merely think "running away and trying to use the advantage of a wonkier and more inconsistant tech-base" is their best bet.
