The closest you get is Theta Sigma mentioned in "The Armageddon Factor". The novelisation mentions its just a type of code timelords used to identify each other. Frankly, why bother finding out his real name. Time lords which gives themselves names, tend to name themselves rather well to match their personality.

LOL! It's pretty obvious from the ep that 'Theta Sigma' is just some college slang, not some secret Time Lord magic code. Fuck the EU is dumb.

And nobody knows the Doctor's name because nobody knows what it is. And who really cares what it is? Who cares what the Master's name is?

Didn't they reveal his real name in one episode only to retcon it as a Galifreyan nickname in a later one?
